Justin Baldoni plans to share Blake Lively text exchanges

Justin Baldoni recently launched a countersuit

Justin Baldoni's legal team intend to share "every single text message" sent between the director and Blake Lively.

The 37-year-old actress recently launched a lawsuit against her 'It Ends With Us' director and co-star, accusing him of harassing her while making the romantic drama film, and Bryan Freedman, Justin's attorney, has now revealed how they plan to fight the allegations.

Bryan told NBC: "We plan to release every single text message between the two of them.

"We want the truth to be out there. We want the documents to be out there. We want people to make their determination based on receipts."

Justin recently launched a lawsuit against the New York Times for $250 million, after the newspaper published Blake's sexual harassment allegations.

In response to the story, Bryan said: "They didn’t do their homework.

"They didn’t do anything to verify the whether or not there was the truth and veracity of the story and the correctness of the story, and had they done simple, basic investigation, that they would have learned what the truth of the story was."

Meanwhile, Danielle Rhoades Ha, a spokesperson for the New York Times, has revealed that the publication plans to "vigorously defend against the lawsuit".

Speaking to CNN, she explained: "The role of an independent news organisation is to follow the facts where they lead.

"Our story was meticulously and responsibly reported. It was based on a review of thousands of pages of original documents, including the text messages and emails that we quote accurately and at length in the article.

"To date, Wayfarer Studios, Mr. Baldoni, the other subjects of the article and their representatives have not pointed to a single error. We published their full statement in response to the allegations in the article as well."
