Justin Baldoni launches website to counter Blake Lively allegations with 168-page evidence file

Justin Baldoni’s legal team has launched a website presenting evidence as he defends himself against allegations from It Ends with Us co-star Blake Lively.

The site reveals details of his previously cordial relationship with Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, before the feud erupted.

Baldoni, an American actor and director, faces accusations of sexual harassment over his conduct on set. However, he has hit back, claiming Lively leaked her complaint to the New York Times.

Launching thelawsuitinfo.com on Saturday, Baldoni has made a 168-page PDF publicly available, outlining a “timeline of relevant events.” His amended lawsuit, now updated to reference Lively’s New York Times leak, is also included on the site.

Lively and Reynolds have asked for his lawsuit to be thrown out while lawyers for both sides have reportedly agreed to consolidate the federal cases as proceedings ramp up ahead of a trial scheduled for March 2026.

It Ends with Us was released in August to iffy reviews but was a box office hit, making $351m worldwide off a $25m budget. The film contains themes of domestic violence but Lively was criticised for reportedly trivialising the issue in promoting it.

The two have since been at loggerheads over his behaviour on set, which Lively has called out for making her feel uncomfortable.

Lively filed her complaint in December, in which she accused him of causing her “severe emotional distress” and claimed he would discuss his past porn addiction while making inappropriate comments.

His attorney, Bryan Freedman, dismissed the lawsuit as an attempt to “fix her negative reputation,” calling the allegations “false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious.”

The website’s timeline of events includes emails and text messages exchanged between Baldoni and Lively. Among them is a message from Lively that supposedly read: “If you knew me (in person) longer you'd have a sense of how flirty and yummy the ball busting will play.”

The texts also include correspondence between Baldoni and Reynolds. While their exchanges were initially cordial, tensions reportedly escalated after Baldoni allegedly fat-shamed Lively—an accusation he has denied.

“How dare you f***ing ask about my wife's weight? What's wrong with you?” Reynolds is supposed to have said.

Lively and Reynolds’s counsel have reportedly said that the website has the potential to influence a jury and details should be taken down.

Mr Freedman has said Lively and Reynolds are trying to "hide and delay the discovery of hundreds of pages of well-documented information”.
