Footage has been shared on social media of a Just Eat rider on the hard shoulder of a motorway.
The video is believed to have been filmed on the M57 yesterday where the delivery rider is sat on his bike on the hard shoulder of the carriageway.
The video was posted at 1.20pm and the tweet said: "Well this has just made my Sunday on my way home from work.

"Whoever ordered just eat your meals extra cold today man’s on the M57."
Just Eat have confirmed they are looking into the incident.
A spokesperson said: "We are looking into the matter, and we cannot comment further at this stage.”
The video has already clocked up close to 1,000 views since it was posted yesterday.
The laws around scooters on the motorway require that the minimum engine size be 125cc for to reach a safe speed.
