They're two of the biggest names in film, back together on the big screen.
Why have they reunited?
"Money," jokes George Clooney.
Hollywood royalty Julia Roberts and George Clooney have reunited for the first time in six years.
"Julia, she blew all her money from Pretty Woman days. Gone.
"She was like 'look, I'm stretching for cash'."
"Help me out George," Roberts says.
"No, we decided it was such a sunny, appealing movie in a time that's been really dark and difficult for people. It felt like it would just be great to put something together that was just joyful and to make people laugh," Roberts says.
"So that's what we're going to tell people from now on. You got that? But it was for the money," Clooney adds.
Their chemistry is undeniable, both on the big screen and in interviews
"She's the queen of rom-coms. I'm the king of destroyed bat franchises."
Roberts' iconic laugh rings out.
The two of them seem to be in their element in a drunken dance scene in their new romantic comedy, Ticket to Paradise.
"It was just fun. We were just incorrigible … anytime that we can try to out goofy each other," Roberts says.
"The young actors were just literally appalled. And also, you know, we're not drinking but we really look hammered," says Clooney.
"We did look absolutely schnockered," says Roberts.
"We were drunk on our own dance moves," Clooney jokes.
"[My character] was supposed to be really embarrassed … I was fully acting because I was not embarrassed at all. We were laughing so much," co-star, Kaitlyn Dever, who plays the duo's daughter says.
"The two of them have a lot of fun and when they're having fun together it also sets the tone on set and makes everybody feel comfortable and at ease. I think that's really important."
"When you see both of them together, they have so much fun, they're best friends," says actor Maxime Bouttier.
Both young actors say they were shocked when they learned they'd be working with the Hollywood heavyweights.
"Just one of them is a big deal, two of them at the same time is awesome."
Rom-com resurgence
Fans love the pair from the Ocean's films when they played a separated then reunited married couple.
Now back together on the big screen, their characters follow a similar arc – this time leaning further into the classic rom-com genre.
"It's been awhile since we have seen a movie like this, a rom-com, really light-hearted and just on the nose with the comedy," says Bouttier.
"People will reflect on the older classics."
"It's a really difficult genre to get right to just find the tone throughout is really a challenge," says Roberts who is no stranger to the genre.
"These are the kind of movies that I really like to watch and so does Amal," Roberts says of her co-star's wife Amal Clooney.
"That's all I do, every night we're on Netflix or something … I'm like 'can we watch a documentary' and she's like 'absolutely not'," Clooney says.
"It starts to look a little sad when I'm 61 and I'm in a rom-com," he says.
So what's next?
They both say they're always looking for things to do together.
"Oh, let's do a western," Roberts offers.
"Ooo, a western rom-com," says Clooney.
"You had me at howdy."
"We'll find something," they both agree.
