During the trial outside the courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware, juror number 10 shared insights on the case without revealing his identity due to safety concerns. He mentioned that early on, he had a strong inclination about the case's direction but waited to hear all evidence before forming a final opinion.

One pivotal aspect for the prosecution was the question posed to the defendant regarding drug use, to which he falsely answered no. The prosecution presented five days of compelling evidence to establish the defendant's drug addiction, which significantly influenced the jurors.

Defense's focus on specific timelines did not sway the jurors.

Despite attempts by the defense to focus on specific timelines, such as the period surrounding the gun purchase in October 2018, it did not sway the jurors. When asked about potential political influences, juror number 10 affirmed that politics played no role in the trial process. He emphasized that the jurors were strictly prohibited from discussing the case until deliberations began.

Notably, the familial ties of the defendant, including being the son of the President, were acknowledged by the jurors but did not impact their decision-making. The juror highlighted that the jury reached a consensual verdict swiftly, considering all circumstances involved in the case.
