Jurgen Klopp has starred in a new festive advert released by Liverpool.
The Reds have played their final match before the mid-season break for the World Cup, which starts later this month. Liverpool beat Southampton 3-1 on Saturday in the Premier League, and are sixth in the table going into the Christmas period.
On Monday morning, Liverpool released a video teasing the release of their festive line of merchandise in the club shop. The minute-long clip had cameos from three former Reds stars, as well as Klopp himself. Watch the clip below:

The video takes place at the AXA Training Centre, and shows the place rather empty due to the players being off or away on World Cup duty. Klopp is filmed in his office looking at the calendar, while some of the canteen staff as well as club nutritionist Mona Nemmer also makes an appearance.
Former Liverpool players Ian Rush, John Aldridge and Chris Kirkland then appear in the video wearing Christmas jumpers, as they attempt to sneak their way onto the training pitch. The trio have a kickabout before being shouted at by a voice off camera.
The voice tells the trio to ‘get off the pitch’, which leaves both Aldridge and Rush looking nervous. Aldridge then shouts a swear word in surprise, as all three players run off the pitch.
The video finishes with Klopp watching on from his office, smiling as he shakes his head. Meanwhile, Kirkland then runs back to retrieve a Santa hat from a free-kick dummy.
