Jurgen Klopp has all but ruled out the sale this summer of Ireland goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher.
Kelleher has been linked recently with switches to Premier League rivals Brentford and Tottenham, among others.
However, Klopp addressed the futures of both understudies to Alisson - Kelleher and Adrian - ahead of Saturday’s game with Aston Villa.

“Kelleher has a contract,” stated the German. “You want us to say goodbye just in case?
“I honestly can't see Caoimhin leaving, it must be an extraordinary offer that I start thinking, I have to say.”
The Cork native joined Liverpool from Ringmahon Rangers in 2015 and broke into the first-team squad during a pre-season tour to the USA in 2018.
He was on the bench for their 2019 Champions League win over Tottenham, made four first-team appearances the following season, and featured in the Premier League twice in 2020/21.
Kelleher has made a total of 20 first-team appearances to date for the Reds, but has not managed to overtake Brazil star Alisson in Klopp’s pecking order.
In that time, the 24-year-old has found himself behind Southampton’s Gavin Bazunu in the race for the starting spot with Ireland.
Kelleher is in need of regular first-team football and speculation of an Anfield exit this summer has grown over the course of the season.
Klopp, however, has ruled out permanent transfers of both the Irishman and Adrian.
“I have a rather good feeling that we [will] keep working together in that position,” he added.
