Anfield insiders expect Ramsay’s arrival to conclude Liverpool’s incoming summer business, with the club feeling that by signing the defender, Nunez and Carvalho, they have signed exactly what they felt they needed and wanted. It has been said that the German has told Liverpool’s new sporting director that he wants a “young, multi-functional operator with technique and athleticism in equal abundance” to arrive next summer.
