Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Ibrahima Konate is an injury doubt for Liverpool's trip to West Ham United on Wednesday.
The Frenchman completed the full 90 minutes in the Reds' 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest on Saturday. But speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of travelling down to the capital, Klopp confirmed that while he is hopeful that the defender will be passed fit, Konate is still being assessed.
"We have to see. We will use the full time," he told reporters. "We leave today so the decision we have to make today. Ibou, we need to see how it is with him. At the moment I'm rather positive but that doesn't mean a lot. From possible starters I think that's it."

Klopp also revealed that Naby Keita is "much closer" to a return but is not yet back in team training. The Guinean is also out of contract this summer and last played in the draw at Crystal Palace.
He said: "If everything goes well I think he could be in partial training today. That's what I heard yesterday. He is not in team training yet but he could do warming up. If we do rondos, he can do that. He has to do his own programme. Yes, means much closer. Much, much closer."
Meanwhile, Klopp also confirmed that he hopes to have Roberto Firmino available for selection before the end of the season.
Firmino will depart Anfield after eight years as a Liverpool player but Klopp had been sweating on the Brazilian's fitness after he suffered an injury blow in training last week.
"We're still thinking that (he'll be back before the end of the season)," he said. "Didn't I say last week he will not be back this week as well?
"This week, no. I hope at the end of the week he is closer. So far he is not in team training."
