Ange Postecoglou has explained the reasons behind Josip Juranovic and Giorgos Giakoumakis' absences against Morton.
The much-talked about Celtic duo have been the centre of transfer talk all month as the window enters its closing stages. Reports late last night reported that the Hoops full-back, who starred for Croatia at the World Cup, was given the green light for talks in Germany with Union Berlin after deal that could reach as much as £10million had been agreed. He arrived 18 months ago for £2.5million and a deal at potentially four times that investment could land at the door of the Scottish champions.
Greek hitman Giakoumakis has been linked with J-League outfit Urawa Red Diamonds and MLS side Atlanda United. The likes of Sampdoria and Cadiz are other clubs that have been mentioned with the future of the hitman up in the air. He has largely played second fiddle to Kyogo Furuhashi this season.

Proving an update on the duo, Postecoglou told BBC Sportsound: "With Jura he has been given permission to travel and I think he will be doing a medical. It hasn't been finalised but if all things work out he will be moving on.
"It's great for him and I am really pleased for him. For us he will always be remembered fondly as a player who contributed to a special year.
"Giako trained yesterday. He's almost there but he has a few things going on in the background so I thought I would give him the weekend off."
