Leeds United defender Junior Firpo claims that his side will be ready to stop Manchester City star Erling Haaland after he broke the record for most goals in a Premier League Season.
The 22-year-old has already fired home 35 goals in just 31 league matches, smashing the record held by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer who had both managed 34 in a 42-game season.
With statistically the leakiest defence in the top-flight - mainly down to a torrid last few weeks which saw them concede 23 goals in the month of April - new Leeds manager Sam Allardyce has focused on a few main aspects in his opening training sessions with the squad.

"Basically organisation, how we want to play against Man City, how we want to structure ourselves to concede less goals, and the main thing is about playing with confidence," Firpo told Sky Sports after Allardyce's arrival.
"Try to make as few mistakes as possible and try to exploit the areas we can damage against other teams, especially Man City."
While trying to not make mistakes is all well and good, teams like Manchester City, who are vying for their fifth league title in the past six years, have players like Haaland who will not need a second opportunity to make defences pay.
So, how are the Whites planning on stopping the Norwegian?
"That's a tough question," Firpo continued. "You can ask this to all the defenders in the Premier League and even the world and they wouldn't know how to do it.
""He's a really good player, we'll try to give him as little space as possible because him running into space is really dangerous. We will try to put pressure on the ball on the players who make passes to him, so they don't have as much time.
"We'll try to stop it as a team."
