Harry Redknapp says Junior Firpo's winning goal against Southampton on Saturday should give him a 'real lift moving forward', as he selected the Leeds United left-back in his BetVictor Team of the Week.
Firpo has started in each of Leeds' last three matches, and scored the only goal at Elland Road as the Whites climbed out of the relegation zone.
He collected the ball inside the penalty area and drove a low finish underneath Southampton goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu in the 74th minute.

The former Barcelona defender also helped Leeds keep just their fifth league clean sheet of the season, and former West Ham, Portsmouth and Tottenham manager Redknapp believes his goal capped off a 'fantastic' display.
"What a massive win that was for Leeds and Junior Firpo was crucial. He’s not quite hit it off at Leeds but that should give him a real lift moving forward," Redknapp wrote.
"I thought he was fantastic defensively and going forward. To get a late winner just capped off a great day. It wasn’t the cleanest of finishes, but he and Leeds won’t care one bit!"
Redknapp TOTW: Martinez (Aston Villa); Lewis (Man City), Guehi (Crystal Palace), Eric Dier (Tottenham), Firpo (Leeds); Rice (West Ham), Neves (Wolves), Buendia (Aston Villa), Foden (Man City); Ings (West Ham), Kane (Tottenham).
