Safety Julian Love will not be back with the New York Giants this year after signing a two-year, $12 million free agent deal with the Seattle Seahawks this week.
Love, always a class act, took the time to say goodbye to, and thank, the Giants fans and organization in a social media post.
Love was a fourth-round draft pick out of Notre Dame back in 2019 and served in a bevy of roles on defense and special teams for the Giants over his four seasons here. In 2022, he was elevated to a starting safety spot and led the team in tackles with 124.
Love had also been voted a team captain by his teammates.
