TV presenter and former Countryfile star Julia Bradbury has shared a heartfelt message as her cancer battle continues.
The 51-year-old mum-of-three, who presented the BBC One show until 2014 before moving across to ITV, announced last September that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer and needed urgent surgery.
At the time, she urged other women to check any unusual lumps or bumps, as she Tweeted : "Please self-check regularly and if you have any unexplained pain, tenderness or lumps, please ask for checks and follow ups. And ask for a second opinion if you’re not happy."

Now, six months later, she is still attending hospital appointments and keeps her fans updated with her health journey on her social media accounts.
Today, she has shared a heartfelt message to all other people on a cancer journey too.
Posting an image of herself sitting on a hospital bed, while wearing a facemask, she wrote: "To everyone on a cancer journey right now. I know it's difficult.
"I know the ups & downs of every appointment & every day can be tough, but we humans are resilient & there is some amazing support out there for us all. Thank you all the communities & charities offering help."
Last month, she returned to This Morning for one day only for the first time since having a mastectomy surgery.
At the time, she told host Alison Hammond: "I had a mastectomy a couple of months ago, I have been doing lots of physio, I have been doing lots of treatment. My healing is going very well thank you."
Taking to her Instagram ahead of the show, Julia explained to her fans that she was returning to the show 'for one morning only' as she said: "Baby steps! I'm back in my happy place among the trees for one morning only. I'll be live on @thismorning on @itv in the forest, from 10am.
"My doc has cleared me to do a morning of work."
