Due to the content of the video, Merchan deemed it necessary to inquire about it directly with the juror. The individual in question has since been summoned to appear in the courtroom for this purpose.
When asked about the video, the potential juror explained that it captured a moment of celebration in New York following the 2020 election. She clarified that she had witnessed people dancing in the streets while she was attending to a mundane task related to car parking.
