Judge Juan Merchan has decided to include all of the disputed witness testimony in the readback to the jury, as discussed yesterday. This decision encompasses a new section highlighted by prosecutor Joshua Steinglass. Following the dismissal of the jury on Wednesday, both sides' attorneys deliberated on which sections of testimony should be presented to the jurors. They specifically requested three sections of testimony related to AMI chief David Pecker and one section concerning Michael Cohen's testimony about the August 2015 Trump Tower meeting.
