Judge rules Prince Harry’s visa files must be released by Tuesday after drug row

  • A US judge has ruled that Prince Harry's visa application files must be made public by Tuesday.
  • The ruling comes after a Freedom of Information request from the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank, which questioned Harry's US entry due to past drug use admissions in his memoir, Spare.
  • The Heritage Foundation argued that any concealment of drug use on Harry's application should be disclosed as it raised questions about US government integrity.
  • The Department of Homeland Security, which was initially resistant, has agreed to release redacted versions of the documents.
  • President Donald Trump has stated he would not deport Harry over the claims.
