In the ongoing case involving Hunter Biden, the judge has denied multiple requests from the defense team to alter the language in the jury instructions that will be presented to the jurors prior to their deliberations.
The defense had sought to have Judge Maryellen Noreika explicitly inform the jury that they must acquit Hunter Biden if he was unaware of the individual's drug use or addiction at the time of purchasing and possessing the firearm in 2018.
Additionally, the defense had requested the inclusion of supplementary instructions regarding the concept of 'reasonable doubt,' but these requests were turned down by the judge.
As of now, the jury has not been seated for the proceedings.
