Judge Allows Prosecutors To Question Stormy Daniels In Trump Trial

Donald Trump looks Confident.

Attorneys representing former President Trump have raised objections to prosecutors' intentions to delve into the alleged sexual encounter between Trump and adult film actress Stormy Daniels during the ongoing New York criminal trial.

Trump's legal team has contended that there is no necessity to discuss the explicit details of the encounter. They have also raised concerns about Daniels' credibility, pointing out that she previously signed documents denying the occurrence of the alleged sex act.

Prosecutors have assured that they do not intend to provide graphic descriptions of genitalia during the trial proceedings.

During a recent court session, Judge Juan Merchan ruled in favor of the prosecutors, allowing them to question Daniels about the specific details of the incident as outlined in their case.

Stormy Daniels is anticipated to testify this week, with her appearance possibly scheduled for as early as Tuesday. The case revolves around allegations that Trump orchestrated a $130,000 payment to Daniels through his former attorney, Michael Cohen, as part of a hush money agreement prior to the 2016 presidential election.
