During the pre-trial proceedings, the judge made a decision to allow certain photos to be presented as evidence in the case involving Hunter Biden. Despite objections from Biden's legal team, the judge ruled that the photos contain 'circumstantial evidence' related to his alleged drug use.
One of the images in question reportedly shows a nude Hunter Biden, but the judge clarified that it only displays him 'from the chest up' and has been redacted below that point. As a result, the photo will be admissible in court.
Prior to the commencement of opening statements, the court faced delays as some jurors had yet to arrive. This situation has caused a temporary pause in the proceedings, with opening statements yet to be delivered.
