Jude Law struts down the beach in TINY budgie smugglers with New Pope co-star

Jude Law put on a very confident display clad in nothing but a tiny pair of white swimming trunks, as he filmed scenes for his latest project.

The 46-year-old actor and co-star Ludivine Seigner are busy shooting for the upcoming series of The New Pope in Italy.

Jude plays Pope Pius XIII in the show, which originally set out to be a mini series before extending its run following critical and commercial success.

For his latest scenes Jude was spotted hand in hand with Ludivine, who plays Esther, as they strutted down a beach in Venice together in their swimwear.

Showing not a hint of dad bod, Jude - who is father to five children - displayed a very honed physique and noticeable bulge in his revealing pants.

While Ludivine strolled beside him in a colourful string two-piece and a crucifix chain hanging from a chain around her neck.

While Jude went barefoot, Ludivine had on a towering pair of wedges as she strutted down the sand.

In other scenes, Jude braved the water in his budgie smugglers, giving a thumbs up to crew as he waded in up to his thighs.

Jude then gave Daniel Craig's infamous James Bond scene a run for its money, as he slowly emerged from the sea with water dripping down his muscle-bound bod.

The New Pope will be a follow up to 2016's The Young Pope, where Jude took on the role of Lenny Belardo, who became Pope Pius XIII, Archbishop of New York.

Hollywood legend John Malkovich has also signed on to join the second series of the religious drama, which was created and directed by Paolo Sorrentino for Sky Atlantic and HBO.
