Jude Bellingham price Real Madrid willing to pay for Liverpool transfer target revealed

Real Madrid have reportedly done all they can to try and sign Liverpool transfer target Jude Bellingham.

Liverpool are well known to be admirers of Bellingham but it remains to be seen if they get their man this summer. Madrid, as well as the likes of Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, also want the Borussia Dortmund and England midfielder.

But it does appear that the Reds' main rivals for the signature of Bellingham will be the reigning Spanish and European champions.

According to Marca, Madrid are prepared to pay up to €‎130m (£115m) for the 19-year-old - €‎100m (£89m) initially plus €‎30m (£26m) in add-ons. Despite this, the report states that they cannot compete financially with City, United or PSG if it "is about money".

The article also claims that Bellingham’s father, Mark, who is his son's agent, has held talks with Madrid. But, despite the alleged positive nature of those conversations, Los Blancos are not taking "anything for granted", not after they missed out on signing Kylian Mbappe last summer.

Dortmund, meanwhile, have revealed there has been no progress regarding contract talks with Bellingham - and admit keeping the player may be "wishful thinking".

Sporting director Sebastian Kehl said: “There has been no new development. We'll have to be patient for a little longer.

"But of course we try to keep Jude Bellingham at Borussia Dortmund as long as possible because he is an incredibly important player who has shown once again this season how he identifies with this club and makes the team better."

Bellingham, who starred for England at the World Cup in Qatar, is under contract with the Bundesliga outfit until the summer of 2025.
