Jude Bellingham and the three other players Liverpool are tipped to sign in the January transfer window

With the January transfer window less than one month away, clubs will soon be turning their attention to bolstering their squads for the second half of the 2022/23 season.

Liverpool reached agreements to bring Calvin Ramsay, Darwin Nunez and Fabio Carvalho to the club on a permanent basis during the summer, with Arthur Melo arriving on deadline day as part of a season-long deal switch. Jurgen Klopp's side have not enjoyed the start to the campaign many would have expected, however, and are now under pressure to add to their group in a bid to climb the Premier League table.

As rumours continue to circulate over who potential targets, we've taken a look at the special markets on SkyBet to see which stars Liverpool are being tipped to sign during the winter window.

Jude Bellingham - 7/2

The name that just won't go away for Liverpool.

Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham is currently listed as the current favourite to be recruited by the Reds. The talented midfielder has developed into a key player for the German giants despite his young age and the ECHO understands Liverpool are strong admirers of the England international.

Plenty of other clubs are also eyeing the Birmingham-born star, though latest reports have suggested the Reds are leading the race to sign the teenager. Both Jordan Henderson and Trent Alexander-Arnold have maintained a strong relationship with Bellingham during the World Cup and could well be attempting to convince their England team-mate to join forces at club level.

A January transfer does seem unlikely at this stage due to Dortmund being unwilling to offload a player of this stature during the middle of their season, though there is no reason why talks cannot progress in the coming months.

Kylian Mbappe - 6/1

Much was made regarding the future of the Frenchman during recent transfer windows, though Mbappe ended speculation by agreeing a new, two-year deal with PSG this summer. The 23-year-old appeared Real Madrid-bound as the La Liga giants pushed for the forward last summer, but saw two bids rejected and failed to get a deal over the line.

After also missing out on Erling Haaland, it would be no surprise to see Los Blancos return with a fresh offer for Mbappe at some stage as they eye their next Galactico. Carlo Ancelotti's side are listed as the frontrunners for his signature at 3/1 , followed by Liverpool at 6/1.

Mbappe, as well as his mother, has made his admiration known for the Reds, but the finances involved in such a deal is what could prove problematic. It is understood the France international earns in excess of £500,000 per week, a salary not even Liverpool's highest-earner Mohamed Salah is close to.

Declan Rice - 7/1

It seems only a matter of time before Declan Rice moves on from West Ham United to fulfil his dream of competing at Champions League level. Chelsea and Manchester United have long been considered the favourites to recruit the English midfielder, whose strong relationship with Mason Mount and idolisation of John Terry could hand the former the upper hand in any transfer tussle.

Liverpool will hope they can offer potential signings Champions League football come next season, which will only be attainable should performances improve during the second half of the season.

Youri Tielemans - 8/1

The Leicester City midfielder has continued to be linked with Liverpool over the last 18 months and remains at the centre of transfer rumours as he approaches the end of his contract at the King Power Stadium.

With a matter of months left on his deal, Liverpool could look to strike a cut-price deal during January or must wait until next summer for the chance to secure the services of Tielemans as a free agent. The Belgian is expected to remain in the Premier League according to the bookmakers, with Arsenal priced at 5/1 to strike a deal, Liverpool at 8/1 and Manchester United at 10/1.
