Jota tees up a Celtic drive for Joe Hart to catch as fans spot wacky golf celebration

Celtic are sweeping aside all comers in the Premiership these days - and their players are getting ever more creative in celebrating the steady flow of goals.

Victory over Aberdeen on Wednesday night kept Ange Postecoglou 's side +1 in the title race thanks to Jota's double and a Matt O'Riley.

The Portuguese opened the scoring in the 3-2 win at Pittodrie and after taking the acclaim of his outfield team-mates, he looked upfield for keeper Joe Hart.

A quick wave of the arms later and Jota was teeing up a drive for what looked to be a pre-rehearsed routine.

The winger mimicked launching a golf ball downfield for Hart to leap into the air and make an imaginary catch at the other end.

Referee Willie Collum didn't appear too impressed as he beckoned Jota to make his way back to his own half - but Celtic fans on social media lapped it up.

@geokoart: " One of the best celebrations ever"

@ThePundit_ "I thought Jota jumping into the crowd was the best clip I had seen in a long time. Then he goes and betters it 10 days later."

@_Lennon1967: "This is unbelievable, there is no doubt he’ll be a Celtic player next year"

@Gs88S: "He’s gonna win a major that bhoy"
