Al-Ittihad fans just can't get enough of Jota as the Portuguese winger settles right into life in Saudi Arabia.
The former Celtic winger became the latest big name to sign up for the Pro League last week with Ittihad shelling out an eyewatering £25m to team him up with Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante in the Middle East. He'll be living the high life as sources in Saudi suggest he will be taking home a cool £192,000 per week tax free, with the money on offer too much for he or Celtic to say no.
Jota, Kante and former Real Madrid superstar Benzema were introduced to fans on Saturday night and the red carpet was rolled out for the three mega-money signings. And a new clip has emerged showing Jota treated like royalty with one fan even stopping his golf cart for a quick selfie.
The 24-year-old was wheeled away after a photoshoot and was snapped holding a bouquet of flowers while accompanied by security and club delegates. And the grinning superstar is seen striking a pose for a couple of buzzing fans who can't wait to see their new man in action in Jeddah.
