Josip Juranovic may have left Celtic over six months ago.
But the right-back is still doing his bit for the cause at his former club.
The Daily Mail state that the ex-Hoops defender has played a key role in convincing Maik Nawrocki that Glasgow's east end is the best move for him this summer.
The Croatian also signed for Celtic from Legia Warsaw, with Nawrocki's move set to be announced imminently.
The 22-year-old Polish youth international will join on a five-year deal and is believed to have undergone his medical.
Nawrocki will boost in the region of £4million, as Celtic looks to strengthen their backline under Brendan Rodgers.
A sizeable sell-on fee will also be included for the ex-Werder Bremen youngster.
But Celtic have fought off competition for his signature, and they can seemingly thank Juranovic for that help.
Galatasaray were also interested in the defender.
The deal is due to be announced shortly.
Meanwhile, Albian Ajeti has turned down the chance to leave Celtic this summer, according to a report.
It's said that the striker wants to see out the final year of his contract at Parkhead.
The Swiss forward penned a four-year deal when he joined Celtic in 2020 under Neil Lennon.
However, the former West Ham man, who was signed for a fee of around £5million, has failed to make any sort of impact.
He spent last season on loan at Sturm Graz, and the general consensus was that he would leave in the summer.
