Josie Gibson sends sweet message to Holly Willoughby after teaming up on ITV This Morning

Josie Gibson has sent a sweet message to Holly Willoughby after the pair teamed up on This Morning.

Holly, 40, made a return to the ITV daytime show after almost three weeks away.

She was joined by Josie, 37, as Phillip Schofield continues to isolate after testing positive for coronavirus.

It is the first time Holly and Josie have hosted the programme together.

And This Morning fans quickly had a lot to say about it.

Josie herself also had her say, taking to Instagram hours after the show came to an end.

The former Big Brother winner re-shared the selfie Holly posted of the pair alongside Spider-Man star Tom Holland.

Viewers completely related to Josie as she 'fangirled' over the film star and even made him blush with a bedtime confession.

"I've had the best day ever!!" Josie wrote over the post on her Instagram Story to her thousands of followers.

"And how can you not with these two," the presenter added.

Josie then shared another snap, a selfie of her and Holly on the famous sofa in the ITV studios.

"@HollyWilloughby I love you so much," the mum-of-one shared.

"Thank you for having my back always," she added alongside a string of red heart emojis.

Holly had earlier shared the stunning selfie with her own millions of followers, commenting: " Blonde takeover… @josiegibson85 let’s do this!!!"

Fellow This Morning star Alison Hammond was among the first to comment, writing: "Gorgeous Queens."

And fans were also loving the 'girl power'.

Josie has been a hit with viewers since filling in for Holly alongside Phillip, 59, last year.

The TV star stepped in at the last minute when mum-of-three Holly had a stomach bug.

Josie then returned before Christmas alongside Vernon Kay.
