She said: "I've got to give it up for the Mexican hospitals, in and out within an hour". She added: "Consultation, X-ray, Plaster cast. Poor Reggie on holiday as well."
However, despite his injury, Reggie managed to put a brave face on for the camera as he posed for the snap that Josie posted on her Instagram story.
It seems the four-year-old is quite accident prone as he was also recently taken to A&E after injuring himself and breaking his arm during a trampoline ladder accident.
After undergoing an X-ray, Josie shared an image of the scan to her Instagram story, writing: "Thank you to the theatre at the @ruhbath. You've put my little prince back together again.
"Reg has a new terminator arm. A victim of a trampoline ladder."
While appearing on This Morning, Josie opened up about the experience, revealing: “I just spent the night in hospital and I was just in awe.”
Her co-host Craig Doyle asked for an update on her son’s health, with Josie replying: “He's really, really good and I can't thank everyone in that theatre enough. I would have paid anything.”
Josie has previously spoke out about her bond with her son, saying he made her a “strong woman”.
