Josie Gibson has praised the strong women around her, including Holly Willoughby and Alison Hammond.
The presenter who found fame on Big Brother has gone on to become one of the most in-demand names in television and was snapped up by This Morning in 2019.
At first, Josie worked as an announcer and relief presenter before becoming a main presenter earlier this year.
Nowadays, she can often be seen alongside Holly Willoughby following Phillip Schofield's dramatic exit from the lunchtime magazine programme.
Speaking candidly, Josie, 38, has praised the women she surrounds herself with "strong" women who champion one another.
"I was raised by strong women and I've always had them in my life," she told new magazine, before adding: "I'm a girls' girl - I love female company and I think the power of a woman is so special.
"I love to see women, and my friends, do well and really try and get the results they deserve."
The mum-of-one continued: "Friends are always there for each other, they're there in your darkest times and they always put a smile back on your face. Friendship is so important to me."
13 years on from winning Big Brother, Josie has just one secret to a successful career, explaining: "Always be polite to everybody."
In an apparent dig at the recent claims surrounding ITV's "toxic" culture, the Bristolian said: "Be even more polite to the people at the bottom, because the ones who are making your tea and coffee, one day they will be your editors and they will be your producers."
Speaking previously to the Mirror, Josie explained that she, Alison and Holly have a secret pact with one another.
She said: "It's lovely, it's like being a part of another family, everyone looks after one another, it's lush, we've all got everyone's back.
"The women champion each other in my work, Holly [Willoughby] champions me, I love Holly.
"Alison champions me, everyone just looks out for one another and normally you wouldn't think it would be like that but everyone has each other's backs, it's really nice."
Josie and Holly stepped in to take over This Morning following Phillip's affair scandal with the duo appearing to be stronger than ever before.
The pair have never shied away from airing their friendship, with Josie previously joking that she had named a pig after Holly.
While she was filmed for a "pig walking" section of the show, Josie said: "This is Holly, and I've nicknamed her Holly Squillaby."
