The Big Brother winner, 34, donned a blue bikini while enjoying her holiday on the Greek island of Zakynthos.
She looked sensational as she poured her slimmed down curves into the tiny two piece.
At one point the mum of one donned a kitschy sailor hat as she took a dip in the sea.
Josie, who won the eleventh series of Big Bro in 2010, was joined by her adorable baby son Reggie, one, on the trip to the beach.
The tot was dressed in an adorable striped onesie and even had a sailor hat to match his mum's.
Josie kept her little boy on her hip as she ventured out knee-deep into the water.
At one point she set Reggie down on the shore so he could feel the sand on his feet.
She appeared to be having the time of her life with her son as she laughed and splashed around in the surf.
Josie recently went from a size 18-20 to a size 12.
She admitted to putting on weight when she was pregnant after gorging on bread.
She told Celebrity Secrets magazine: "I lost about two stone on the programme in just 12 weeks, and I feel so much better about myself.
"I put on about four-and-a-half stone while I was pregnant with Reggie.
I craved carbs - I'd eat bread for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could!"
