Bayern Munich star Joshua Kimmich has explained how Celtic gave the Germans flashbacks to one of their most surprising European defeats in recent history.
Brendan Rodgers' men drew 1-1 with Bayern on the night in the Allianz Arena, although narrowly lost by three goals to two on aggregate.
It took the hosts until the 94th minute to net the tie's decisive goal, with Alphonso Davies popping up late on to score.
It wasn't all plain-sailing for Bayern, and star midfielder Kimmich has explained how Celtic gave them nasty flashbacks to a Champions League quarter-final defeat to Villareal a few years back.

The Bundesliga side lost the tie 2-1 after it was 1-1 on aggregate going into the closing stages.
They just about avoided a repeat scenario last night: "Three years ago against Villarreal, we wanted to avoid extra time, lost our heads a bit and got countered," he said (X).
"Thankfully today [against Celtic], we didn't do that, we were disciplined, we said we try to get a goal, otherwise we go into extra time."
After a painstaking European exit, Celtic now turn their attention back to domestic matters.
The Scottish Premiership champions travel to face Hibernian at Easter Road this Saturday, aiming to get back to winning ways.
