Josh Maja has revealed he will make his decision about his future at the end of the season after the Bordeaux striker was asked about interest from Rangers.
The Nigerian international signed for Bordeaux in a £3.5 million deal four years ago after three years at Sunderland, but had struggled to find his feet in France and has spent time at Fulham and Stoke City on loan before their relegation to Ligue 2. The 24-year-old is out of contract at the end of the season as Bordeaux aim for a return to the French top flight - with the club sitting in second spot in the league table.
Maja has netted 16 goals and has played in all of their league games this season, but has yet to agree new terms and has been touted with a move to the Scottish Premiership this summer. Michael Beale is keen to add to his attacking options with Alfredo Morelos set to leave Ibrox for nothing this summer, and Maja was asked directly about interest from the Light Blues during an interview in France.
Maja said: "I can't think about that at the moment. We have so many important games before the end of the season and I have to concentrate on that only.
"We'll see what happens at the end of the season. I have to wait to hear what the management of this club says and whether they want to keep me."
