It was a tough Sunday for the Bills in Miami. Despite running 90 plays, Buffalo scored just 19 points in the sweltering South Beach heat. They even had the glorious “Butt Punt” work in their favor, only to waste the safety and ensuing possession in an eventual 21-19 loss.
That led to arguably the biggest public moment of Week 3 when offensive Ken Dorsey positively lost it in the booth as the final seconds ticked off the clock. In the aftermath, Dorsey seemed to draw a lot of criticism and ire around pockets the football world for his anger while on camera.
On the latest episode of NFL Network personality Kyle Brandt’s podcast Kyle Brandt’s Basement, Josh Allen hopped onto the show to clarify the hoopla around Dorsey. In short, the superstar quarterback and his teammates positively loved seeing how much Dorsey cared about getting the win for them.
"He's the one that showed it to me… Our guys freaking love seeing that… He wants to do everything in his power to win." – @JoshAllenQB on Bills OC Ken Dorsey's reaction video

Man, look at the beaming smile on Allen’s face as he recollects how Dorsey was even the one who showed him the video of the meltdown. Let’s rewind Allen’s quote in full to see how he pulls for his coach.
“Our guys freaking loved seeing that. As a player looking at your offensive coordinator, having that emotion and care for the game, and you prepare so hard … he wants to win. He wants to do everything in his power to win. I know people might be making a big deal of it, but as players, we freaking love seeing that.”
There you have it. If one of the best quarterbacks in the sport says he’s good with some fiery public energy from his coach, then maybe this wasn’t really much of a controversial conversation, to begin with.
