The Buffalo Bills went into Detroit and kept up where they left off in Los Angeles a week prior. The only difference was the result.
Buffalo lost in a game that saw 86 points scored in Week 14 against the Rams. On Sunday at Ford Field, 90 points were scored and the Bills came away with an impressive 48-42 victory.
The margin was six points but the Bills were in good shape throughout.

They led 38-21 after a Tyler Bass field goal early in the fourth quarter and were never up by less than the final margin.
Josh Allen was brilliant once again. He threw for 362 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for two more. In the last two games, he has accounted for 10 touchdowns.
For the Lions, Jared Goff had to throw and kept throwing to try and lead Detroit back. He wound up 38-of-59 for 494 yards with five touchdowns.
Between the quarterbacks, there were 856 passing yards, seven touchdown passes and no interceptions.
The Bills also became the second team in NFL history to do something when it came to scoring and allowing points in back-to-back games.
In 1966, the Giants scored 40 and gave up 40 in back-to-back weeks. That was the only other team in league history that happened until Sunday.
The Giants lost both of those games, 72-41 to Washington and 49-40 to Cleveland en route to a 1-12-1 season. The Bills are having a wee bit more success.
