Jose Mourinho breaks a sweat in virtual training while Dele Alli trolls Kevin De Bruyne

Here are your Tottenham Hotspur evening headlines for Wednesday, April 1.

Jose works breaks a sweat in virtual training session

Jose Mourinho has been putting his Spurs squad through their paces, despite the COVID-19 lockdown, via virtual training sessions.

The club have released a video of Mourinho keeping his fitness up on the exercise bikes at Hotspur Way, alongside members of his coaching staff.

Players are taking part via video link, with Toby Alderweierld, Dele Alli, Davinson Sanchez and Serge Aurier all showing off their home training plans.

All players have been given individual training schedules by the club to do at home, with injured stars Son Heung-min and Steven Bergwijn continuing their recoveries via video in South Korea and the Netherlands.

Lucas Moura is missing the Champions League during lockdown

Lucas Moura has been getting nostalgic during the COVID-19 lock down, by re-watching his match winning performance in last season’s 3-2 Champions League semi-final win over Ajax.

The Brazilian international netted at hat trick to seal Spurs’ place in the final, with his added time winner going down as one of the dramatic in the history of the competition.

Moura delighted fans by posting his wild celebrations on his Instagram story as each goal hit the back of the net, as part of a recap of the tournament on Brazilian TV channel Esporte Interativo.

Dele trolls Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne

Spurs ace Dele Alli has poked fun Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne via a Fortnite tournament aimed to raise money for the fight against Covid 19.

The pair linked up as part of duos competition, but England international Alli could not resist a friendly dig at the Belgian.

Alli jokingly reminded De Bruyne about his "let me talk" outburst following City’s 2-1 Champions League win over Napoli last season.

And despite linking up for the online battle, Alli kept the Premier League rivalry burning by slipping the infamous line into the online chat.
