Jorge Masvidal has revealed his hatred for Colby Covington in a backstage chat with former UFC champion Michael Bisping.
Masvidal and Covington will settle their rivalry at UFC 272 tonight after their friendship turned sour over the last few years.
The pair were pals and training partners but their relationship went south after a furious bust-up.
They will clash tonight in a fight which will have major implications in the welterweight division.
And after speaking to Masvidal after last night's ceremonial weigh-in, Bisping said: ""They can't f****** stand one another. I just talked to Jorge for about 25 minutes.
"He has this look in his eyes like he wants to absolutely murder the guy. Trust me, I've been there, I've been on the receiving end. He's not a man to mess around and he's talking.
"He said a lot of things. He's saying, 'Listen, Colby is talking about my ex-wife, he's talking about my children'... those things are off the table.
"Jorge said, 'My daughter is 13 years old, she has a phone, she sees things. He's putting her in an awkward position, he's putting her in a difficult situation.'"
Masvidal and Covington were kept apart for their two face-off this week, first after Thursday's press conference and then after last night's weigh-in.

Las Vegas cops were also deployed to ensure the bad blood didn't spill over.
Earlier this week, both men promised to end this bitter rivalry in their favour.
Masvida promised: "The only way to deal with a b**** like that, you’ve got to end his ass. I’m sending him back to the casinos. I’m sending him back to the gaming halls. I’ve got to knock his ass out."
And Covington retorted: "You’re such a bum. It’s going to be easy work on Saturday night. This ain’t even going to be a walk in the park, dude."
