Boston Celtics rookie wing Jordan Walsh put on a show in his Las Vegas Summer League debut for the Celtics in the team’s 99-88 loss to the Summer Miami Heat, but the former Arkansas Razorback had some strong performances from several teammates as well.
Boston two way point guard JD Davison struggled a bit and still managed to put up a 14-point, 11-assists double-double, Celtics reserve forward Justin Champagnie struggled quite a lot offensively but pulled down 11 boards, and free agent guard Jay Scrubb played well with a 17-point outing for the Celtics, and unsigned forward Justin Bean had an all-around solid game with 13 points and 7 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Heat big man Orlando Robinson showed out, pouring in 36 points.
