One bettor messed around and found out Thursday after sending Jordan Poole a direct message on Instagram about his failed bet. The gist of his very long message was that the Warriors’ late loss to the Utah Jazz on Wednesday cost him some money, and he wasn’t happy with Poole’s roll in that meltdown.
But see the thing is, the messenger is also an athlete — at Keystone College. Except he apparently doesn’t play very much, as Poole found out and reminded him.

“Lmaoo my boy, u have no stats [emoji] u need to worry about getting playing time on the field,” Poole replied.
In a second message, Poole added: “And u wear number 41 lmao u don’t even get to pick your jersey… scram.”
Imagine being told to scram. That was such a perfect response from Poole. Firm but playful. And it sounds like it made the kid’s day. In the video, he doesn’t look so upset about the lost bet anymore.
