With three chances to re-take the lead in the fourth quarter, Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers produced two interceptions and a three-and-out to close out a 17-13 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday night at Allegiant Stadium.
Love threw an interception inside Raiders territory with 9:11 left in the fourth quarter and then tossed the game-sealing interception into the end zone with 44 seconds left.

Love finished with three interceptions. In the first half, he threw a pass right to Raiders linebacker Robert Spillane, setting up an easy field goal. On his second pick, he tried to find Watson but Marcus Peters deflected the ball to Spillane to thwart another Packers drive. The dagger came when Amik Robertson caught up with Watson on a deep throw and made the pick in the end zone on 3rd-and-10 from the 35-yard line.
Love has thrown an interception in three straight games and has six interceptions over his last three games. He didn’t have a touchdown pass on Monday night.
The Packers had more total yards and more rushing yards but lost the turnover battle 3-1. Once again, the Packers went into the half down, trailing 10-3.
After taking a 13-10 lead, the Packers gave up a 75-yard scoring drive that finished with Josh Jacobs’ 2-yard touchdown run. It ended up being the game-winning score.
The Packers have now lost two straight games and are 2-3 entering the bye week. Matt LaFleur’s team will face the Denver Broncos coming out of the off week on Oct. 22.
