Jordan Larmour is out for the remainder of the Six Nations with a hip injury as Munster's Jeremy Loughman is called up to the Ireland squad for the first time.
Larmour, who hasn't featured in the championship to date and last played for Ireland in the summer series against Japan, suffered the injury in Leinster's victory over Benetton on Saturday.
Loosehead Loughman is added after Andrew Porter was last week ruled out of the final two rounds against England at Twickenham on Saturday and Scotland at the Aviva Stadium seven days later.
Andy Farrell's squad returned to Carton House following last week's open session at Aviva Stadium, with Iain Henderson returning to the squad after his recent positive Covid test.
The Ulster skipper played the full 80 minutes for the province against Cardiff Blues last Friday night.
Jack Carty, Dave Heffernan (Connacht), Craig Casey, Gavin Coombes (Munster) and Robert Baloucoune, James Hume and Nick Timoney (Ulster) all return to the Ireland squad having featured for their respective provinces.
