Jordan Henderson has insisted he has no complaints over Liverpool's performance during Saturday's 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur.
Jurgen Klopp's side were stunned by Heung-min Son's opening goal in the second half, though rallied to grab an equaliser through Luis Diaz's deflected effort. In the end, the Reds were unable to find a winning strike to keep the pressure on Manchester City in the race for the title.
Pep Guardiola's side now have the upper hand in the title race and could move three points clear of Liverpool should they get the better of Newcastle United tomorrow afternoon at the Etihad Stadium. Despite missing the opportunity to regain a two-point advantage at the top of the table, Henderson believes the team created the chances to walk away with a win.

Speaking to Stadium Astro, he said: "Overall, I thought the performance level was really good again. The energy levels were good, the counter press was really good and the reaction when we lost the ball. We would have probably wanted to create a few more chances, but we still created a couple as well: Virgil hit the bar and we had a couple of others we could have scored from.
"The performance level was good, but we will be disappointed with the result. I thought the performance level was good and we just have to keep going and performing. If we do that, we will win more than we don't."
The Reds face another tough test in the form of Aston Villa on Tuesday, which will see the team come up against club legend Steven Gerrard for the second time this season. Fully aware of the threats the West Midlands side will pose, the Liverpool captain knows standards simply cannot slip.
"We've got to go again on Tuesday, in another tough game. If the performance level is high, hopefully we can get the three points," he said.
