Jonnie Irwin has shared some heartwarming snaps from his current idyllic break in the UK with his loved ones.
The former A Place in The Sun presenter, 48, is currently enjoying a stay in Stainton, South Lakeland with his wife and their three young children, following the star's heartbreaking admission last year that he is living with terminal cancer.
Taking to his Instagram page on Tuesday, the property expert shared an adorable picture of his three sons cosied up with a dog on a sofa during the family holiday before going on to post of selfie of himself amid the beautiful scenery.
Jonnie shared the heartbreaking admission that he 'doesn't know how long' he has left to live in November, after first being diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2020, which has since spread to his brain.
After making his diagnosis public last year, Jonnie credited "Jess and our boys" with helping him stay positive and focus on creating as many memories as he can with his family following his terminal diagnosis.
The property guru and Jessica, 40, tied the knot in September 2016 and have since gone on to welcome three children into the world together - Rex, three, and two-year-old twins Rafa and Cormac.
Jonnie is an exceptionally proud father and often shares pictures of his young family with his fans on Instagram, with the latest update coming earlier this week during their staycation.
"Looks like we’ve found ourselves a new babysitter…" Jonnie joked to his followers as he shared a cute image of his three sons cuddled up on a sofa with their dog watching over them.
"This is just the cutest," one of the star's fans gushed in the comment section, with another adding: "Thinking of you all & what a beautiful new babysitter you have."
Jonnie then went on to share a selfie of himself looking out on a misty lake on Wednesday - with the weather seemingly appearing to be quite glum.
"Good job I didn’t come for the scenery," he began in the caption. "It is pretty serene all the same. #thelakes."
"Great to see you jonnie wish the sun was out for you," one of Jonnie's fans told him on Wednesday, with another commenting: "Wrap up and enjoy."
Discussing his terminal diagnosis and death with Hello! magazine last year, Jonnie said: "I'm doing everything I can to hold that day off for as long as possible. I owe that to Jess and our boys. Some people in my position have bucket lists, but I just want us to do as much as we can as a family."
Jonnie and Jess met through mutual friends in 2016 and were married within a year after he popped the question in India.
Over the years, the property expert has shared snippets of his and Jessica's blissful family life with their young children his 40,200 followers on Instagram.
"I love working on location but the downside is I miss some family moments," Jonnie captioned a snap of Jessica and two of their children dressed in Tottenham Hotspurs onesies in November last year.
"Got this through this morning with the extra pick me up of seeing the twins in their new onesies. Almost makes losing to them on Sunday palatable. #family #coys #twins #spursfamily."
