Jonnie Irwin has hit back at an online troll who criticised him amid his ongoing cancer battle.
The A Place in the Sun presenter shared an image of his day's outfit to Instagram as he told fans that he was set to be doing a photo shoot. He had laid out a couple of wooly looking shirts on the bed layered on top of each other.
The Channel 4 presenter captioned the Instagram post as he said: "Photo shoot tomorrow and new garms arrived bang on time. As ever, all about the layers, this time top to toe in @formandthread . #layers #garms #british."

But one user decided to criticise Jonnie, 49, as they commented: "Shouldn’t you be spending your final days/weeks with your kids rather than doing all this paid publicity? Just saying."
The dad-of-three hit back at the troll as he said: "It was a shoot with my family, but just to confirm, you are the worst human I can imagine meeting."
Fans supported him as they too hit back. One user said: "What a mean comment. I would imagine Jonnie is attempting to carry on life as as normal as possible, provide for his family and from his previous posts spends loads of time with his family. If you cannot say anything nice DONT say anything at all. Just saying."
Anne said: "How can people be so hurtful - ignore the wrong ones Jonnie, she will get her ‘comeuppance’ - live your best life as you always do - and the clothes are great!"
Leigh added: "What happened to the saying … if you have nothing good to say then say nothing at all. .. Be kind."
The Escape to the Country host is battling incurable lung cancer after being diagnosed with the disease in August 2020. Last year he announced that the disease is terminal and since admitted he "doesn't know how long he has left".
