Jonjo Shelvey is reportedly set to complete his Nottingham Forest medical today (Monday) ahead of his move from Newcastle.
The Reds have been active in the transfer window this month, bringing in so far three reinforcements, in Gustavo Scarpa, Danilo and Chris Wood. Shelvey looks set to become their fourth addition ahead of Tuesday night's deadline.
It was reported last night (Sunday) that Shelvey was 'keen' on a switch to the City Ground after a seven-year stint at Newcastle.

According to the Daily Mail, Shelvey's medical is booked in for Monday. The 30-year-old is set to sign a two-and-a-half-year deal with the club.
The midfielder could be set to make his Forest debut on Sunday against Leeds. Given injuries to Ryan Yates and Cheikhou Kouyate, Forest have found themselves light in the midfield department.
