The Thai men's football team could be without defender Jonathan Khemdee in their final group game against Vietnam on Thursday night.
But this should not be a big problem as both sides have already qualified for the semi-finals with three wins in as many games.
The match is only to determine Group B winners.
Jonathan arrived in Cambodia this week and played as a substitute in Thailand's 4-1 win against Laos on Monday.
The Ratchaburi defender did not train on Wednesday.
"We want to finish top of the group but we have to get ready for the semi-finals too," said Thailand coach Issara Sritaro.
"We want to win every match but we have to see if he [Jonathan] is ready to play."
Midfielder Purachate Todsanit said he was fit to play against Vietnam after suffering a slight injury against Laos.
"I am ready for Vietnam. We hope to be Group B champions," he said.
Thailand are the most successful nation in the men's football competition with 16 titles.
However, the young War Elephants have failed to win the gold medal in the previous two tournaments won by the Vietnamese.
Chaba Kaew to face Myanmar
The Thai women's football team beat Cambodia 3-0 to top Group B on Tuesday night.
Goals from Parichart Thongrong and Nuananong Muangsri gave the Chaba Kaew a 2-0 lead at half-time.
Jiraporn Mongkoldee finished off the hosts in the final minute.
Thailand will face Myanmar while Cambodia will take on Vietnam in the semi-finals tomorrow.
"Myanmar players have speed and are strong. Some have performed very well in this tournament," said Thailand coach Naruepol Kaenson.
"We must be well-prepared to face them."
