The Hollywood actor, 59, was completely clean shaven after doing away with the same beard and moustache he has rocked for decades.
He is currently on tour in the US with his friend and award-winning musician Jeff Beck and seemed happy and relaxed as he posed for pictures and chatted animatedly to autograph hunters.
The Pirates of the Carribean star sported a blue striped baker boy hat and large blue tinted sunglasses.
It was a world away from images of him just a few months ago looking drawn and stressed as he faced off against ex-wife Amber Heard in court amid their high-profile defamation case.
