John Souttar has been left out of the Scotland squad to face Armenia after suffering an injury blow.
The Rangers defender was second half sub during the 3-0 defeat to Ireland at the weekend, but won't feature at all against Armenia tonight.
Steve Clarke said in the build up to tonight's Nations League game that "significant" injury problems meant there would be more team rotation for the game in Yerevan.
And Souttar is one of those who hasn't made the squad for tonight's game.
Souttar will return to Ibrox to have any damage assessed, just weeks after making the switch from Hearts.
The defender signed a pre-contract agreement with the Govan club in January, and made his final appearance in maroon against his current employers in last month's Scottish Cup final.
The former Dundee United man only returned to fitness a week before the Jambos' extra-time defeat at Hampden, having been out since March with an ankle injury.
Souttar hasn't had his injury troubles to seek during his career so far, twice rupturing his Achilles during six years at Tynecastle, as well as suffering previous hip and ankle injury which combined saw him sidelined for over two-and-a-half years.
