Robbie Neilson is hopeful of having John Souttar and Cammy Devlin back for the the double-header with Hibs.
Josh Ginnelly, Gary Mackay-Steven and Alex Cochrane should be available for Livingston at home after all three picked up knocks in Hearts' draw at Dundee United.
Souttar and Devlin also went off in the same match, with ankle and hamstring complaints, as Neilson's men suffered a raft of injuries.
Mackay-Steven had surgery on a broken hand and is recovering well, while Ginnelly and Cochrane should be back from illness and concussion.
"We’re hoping to have three back for the weekend," Neilson told the Edinburgh Evening News.
"We’ve had a few bumps and bruises so it hasn’t been a huge squad at training but some of them should be back for Saturday.
"Gary will hopefully be okay for this week, Ginnelly will be back and Cochrane should be available as well.
"That should give us a few more options than we had against St Mirren last Saturday."
On Souttar and Devlin, he added: "It will be another couple of weeks before they are back.
"We are probably targeting the Hibs games but we will wait and see."
