The pundits have backed John Beaton over claims for a Celtic penalty against John Lundstram.
Referee Beaton enjoyed a fairly quiet afternoon as the rivals played out a 1-1 draw and Ange Postecoglou's men edged closer to the Scottish Premiership title.
However, the home players and crowd made loud appeals for a penalty when a cross into the box looked to have struck the Rangers man on the arm.
The whistler waved away the claims with the player having his arm tucked back in an attempt to keep it close to his body.
Former Celtic star Andy Walker was quick to dismiss the clash on Sky Sports, stating: “Tom Rogic has fired it into the box there with the outside of the left foot.
"I don’t think it’s a handball by Lundstram. I think it has hit his stomach."
Baffled Ally McCoist was stunned that a claim was even made from the support: “If you give a penalty for that we’ll pack up and go home, the lot of us.”
Walker rounded off: “Maybe the ball hits his arm but it’s nowhere near out of his body. It’s not a penalty.”
Jota had given the hosts the lead, but that was cancelled out in the second half by Fashion Sakala.
