John Lewis shoppers swoon over 'stylish' £15 mirror that 'looks expensive'

Mirrors can often be expensive, but John Lewis shoppers think they've found the 'perfect' option from its ANYDAY range.

The ANYDAY range promises shoppers 'affordable' prices, and stretches across its popular homeware section to its stylish clothing. This time, a John Lewis Thin Aluminium Frame Round Hanging Mirror down to £15 from £20 has racked up an array of glowing reviews from John Lewis fans.

On the John Lewis website, the full product description reads: "Designed with a slim-profile aluminium frame and 3mm-thick mirror glass, this contemporary round mirror suspends from a matching metal chain. It's ideal for the hallway, for that final check just before you leave the house."

In the reviews, one shopper said: "Just decorated a very small hallway, in need of brightening up, this mirror really finishes the decor off & brings a good reflection of light, really pleased with it, great size with black chain for hanging, I bought a black hook but the mirror wouldn't hang straight, so I painted a simple screw black & hangs perfect. All in all, great buy & very good price."

A second review read: "We love this mirror. Looks great in our bathroom and gives the room a clean, modern look. It was nice and easy to hang too."

A third shopper said: "Contemporary mirror, looks more expensive than it is. Have given 4 stars as a join in the outer rim doesn't quite close."

A fourth review read: "Stunning and extremely modern looking mirror! It's so versatile as I have bought three altogether now with the first two hung in my bathroom and one in the downstairs toilet. This one is hung up in my entrance hallway as seen in the picture. Needed a mirror to check if I looked decent enough to go out and I thought what better than one of these amazing mirrors! Does the job and more! Did a lot of research and comparing with other sites and stores and this one defo passed the test with its high quality, robust, pristine frame and large mirror size. For this price, this mirror looks and feels sooo much better than any out there as they look flimsy and brittle."

Dunelm also has a round hanging chain wall mirror for cheaper, at £10, and Laredoute is selling a pair of round hanging mirrors in brass or black for £22.
